Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

For Sale

x26955535

It finely happen on Friday the real-estate lady put the for sale sign in the front yard. Now we sit back and wait and hope and keep dreaming.

Saturday the real-estate company called and said they wanted to show it anywhere from 12:30 to 2:00 so since we are living in the driveway we didn’t have to go far. 2:00 came and know one showed so we figured we were stood up and then about 2:30 here they came and we crossed our fingers.

Friday was our first full month living in the 5th wheel and were both still alive and speaking to each other.

ONE DAY CLOSER TO OUR DREAM

Many Realitors will tell you not to store an RV in the front of a home. It gives potential buyers the sense that you are successful people and be hard to negotiate with. Consider finding a local RV park until the home is Sold.

It's about time.

Good luck with the sale process. It is going on the market at the right time as the real estate sales season goes. Hope you can travel regionaly while you wait for it to sell. That is our plan.

In some areas the market seems to be turning around a little, so maybe this will be a good time to sell. At least you have a place to go during the showings!
